This page lists third-party service providers engaged by Datadeft Kft. to process personal data on behalf of CeleraTax customers. We do not sell personal data.
Current Sub-processors
- Sub-processor
- AWS EMEA SARL
- Purpose
- Cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, networking, security services, backups, and service delivery.
- Location
- Germany, AWS eu-central-1 Frankfurt region for production hosting. Public website delivery may use CDN edge locations.
- Data categories
- Customer workspace data, uploaded accounting documents, metadata, logs, backups, and operational data required to provide CeleraTax.
- Safeguards
- Contractual data processing terms, EU-focused hosting, access controls, encryption capabilities, logging, and operational security controls.
Changes to Sub-processors
We aim to notify business customers before adding or replacing a material production sub-processor. Customers with a signed DPA may receive notice and objection rights according to that DPA.
Additional sub-processors, if any, will be added to this page before production onboarding or before the relevant service feature is enabled.
